Win speculative bids

When competing to win a project it's essential to stand out from the crowd and ensure you convey your designs in the best possible way. CGI images are a great way to show how your bid will look and how people will interact with it. Use of images can give a greater confidence in the design and scheme as a whole, showing a proposal in as much or as little detail as required.

Working with a large Leeds based developer and architects we became involved in a bid process for the Yorkshire based Home Office building.  Early in the design process we were asked to produce a number of external and internal images to portray the architect’s designs for the scheme and to be presented along with the developers bid document. The process involved a number of amends to the design before the final submission and the final imagery included two external day time views, an evening view and an internal image of the main reception area. This was supplied both as printed images and also on a CD-Rom presentation.
